Individual Counselling

$140/60 min. or $210/90 min. session

Support catered for you and your personal goals. Here you can explore a greater understanding of yourself and learn effective personal and interpersonal coping strategies.

Relationship Counselling

$200/60 min. or $300/90 min. session

Support for your relationship(s) goals. Together, partners can explore a greater understanding of themselves, learning effective communication and coping skills.

Group Counselling

$40/60 min. session

Support in a confidential group, where you can connect with others by the collective effort of self-development. *Groups are postponed until further notice*

Book a Session

I offer sliding scale spots for those that identify as equity seeking on the bases of race, gender, class, ability, sexuality, or other identities.
